My experience comes from 20 years in HR. I’ve worked in different industries, in start-ups and well-established companies, in small and large organizations. I’ve worked with supervisors, senior executives and front line employees. I’ve fired, hired, strategized, acquired, facilitated, coached, trained, laughed, cried … you get the picture.
I’ve honed some valuable skills along the way. I have learned to assess and identify talent, I know how to keep a team engaged and excited about where the business is going. I am an excellent people coach, great at developing and executing on a project plan and I know a lot about the complicated world of HR.
